Kathy Gossen
is an experienced pianist, choral director, and private music teacher of 25+ years. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education with Piano Emphasis from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Masters in Music Education with an Emphasis in Kodaly from the University of Oklahoma. She has taught in public, private, homeschool, and studio classrooms and her passion is to see students enjoy making music and using their musical talents to serve others.
What to Expect
Piano lessons at Gossen Studio are open to students from reading age through adult. Whether you’re drawn to classical, jazz, pop, praise and worship, country, folk, or everything in between, lessons are tailored to the music you love.
Each student meets weekly for a 30-minute private lesson, plus two one-hour group lessons throughout the year — a great way to build confidence and enjoy making music together. All lessons take place in Mrs. Kathy’s home studio, conveniently located near 33rd and Boulevard in Edmond, OK.
